Demo

A demo account is a fully featured trading account funded with virtual money. It uses the same live prices, the same WebTrader and WebTrader platforms, the same order types and the same charts as a real account — so you can practise strategies, learn the platform and test ideas without putting any real capital at risk.

Tradenifty demo accounts do not expire as long as you log in at least once every 90 days. If your account becomes inactive it is archived; you can request a fresh demo at any time from your client portal.

Prices, spreads and execution speed match the live environment closely, but demo trading does not capture two things: real-money psychology and the slippage that can occur during fast markets. Treat demo trading as a sandbox for technique and platform familiarity, then size down hard when you go live.

You can top up or reset your virtual balance to its starting amount at any time from the client portal under "Demo Accounts". This is useful when you want to restart with a clean P&L after testing a new strategy.

Absolutely — that is the whole point. Once you are comfortable on demo, open a live account from the same client portal in a few minutes. You keep the same login, the same platform and the same watchlists; only the source of funds changes.
